The City Administrator accuses the Doctor of murder, but soon finds himself promoted to Second Elder.
"Kidnap" is a good episode. William Hartnell and William Russell are on top form. There's several nice moments throughout the episode, such as the Doctor mentioning his meeting with Beau Brummell or Carol explaining eye-lids to the Sensorite scientist.
However, you would have thought David Whitaker would have changed the title because it gives away the cliffhanger!
