I absolutely LOVED the first season of The Sinner. I thought it well written, perfectly cast and a wonderful twist to keep me wondering through each episode. Season 2, while not as good as the first, still held my interest. I enjoyed getting to know Pullman's character more. Sadly, I couldn't even finish the third season and not sure I'll go back for a fourth. I thought the story was ridiculous and while Matt Bomer is very pleasant to look at, I would never call him a great dramatic actor. Maybe it's just me, but I was not pleased with this latest season and can't decide if I'll try the next.
