The movie starts with Billu (Jitendra) resign from a job(taking care of a forest, more like a watchman). Than he wants to make his name in a city so he opened a pan shop name chaman bahar... But as the shop was in outer, no one used to be around but as soon as a family come to live opposite to his shop and their beautiful daughter becomes the attraction of the city... With every next person of the city being attracted to the girl, the story goes in a humorous drama... So it's a simple story which you can watch once but it's good it didn't release in the theatres.
