Review of The Legend of White Snake

This is my first Chinese drama. Although I did find the acting unnatural/awkward at times, I enjoyed the storyline.

I love the Buddhism and kindness this drama promotes. I feel I have a better connection with Guanyin myself seeing her depicted in this drama.
