. . . flexible folks adapt and make lemonade, BUSYBODY BEAR suggests. When B. Beaver completes his new home construction project, Elephantine Party type Barney Bear unilaterally decides that "bigger is better," and expands his flat-tailed neighbor's environmentally friendly structure into a humongous catastrophe which quickly destroys Nature's Balance. Ironically, this cataclysmic calamity quickly floods out do-wrong-er Barney from his own domicile, which Mr. Beaver soon commandeers to make the best of a wet situation.
