Being #5 on IMDB ratings (India) , expectation was a lot more. Watched this movie just to find out it's not worth the hype.
1. Primarily it doesn't keep up with raw-crime thriller genre. Why do the Indian directors feel the need to dramtize things so much?
2. The editing at the very initial part of the film seems like the creators were in a hurry to narrate the actor's story and the killings. It was like watching too many cut scenes in sequence. Also some scenes could have better cut off to save too many explanations.
3. The diseased villian so strong that he could stand up even after the brutal bashing by the actor at the end part.
4. The killings were well planned and brutal but the killer seemed to be just an average one. (No he isn't a raatchasan). Atleast the teacher psycho seemed more terrifying.
5. There are no CCTVs on the streets. May be the police might not find it handy.
6. Prothestic department still stuck on dashavatharam days.
7. Thankfully the music is incredible.
But the plot still kept the audience engaging and some good screenplay would have matched the hype. If you guys feel this one of its kind watch Anjaam Pathira.
