I can't really get my head around the fact that Ruth didn't tell Nate what Brenda told her last episode. I assumed him telling her would have at least prompted the idea into her head that he found out about Brenda's antics but instead she acts clueless!
I also found the whole 'Fisher & Sons is being sued for $500,000' dilemma to be solved a bit too quickly and in a way which I don't think should've necessarily solved the problem. Nevertheless, this episode had some really powerful and memorable moments (especially with Keith, Brenda and Claire) which is why I still enjoyed this episode.
