A trial Without Evidence???

All the positive reviews must have been written by stooges. A 9 or 10 rating means the show is brilliant and I assure you this is not such a show.

How this got made is beyond me. I understand why Netflix want a world-wide audience but there must have been better Italian productions than this to choose from.

A trial without evidence, just opinions as to what happened, does not get to court. Court cases are naturally dramatic so this was just an attempt to set up some drama, but as a realistic case, it fell well short.

Make your own mind up after the first scene if you think the writing is any good, then after fifteen minutes decide if the story is plausible. As the story develops it becomes ever more unbelievable and by the end I was laughing at the implausible plot lines.

I will say it was a superb production with some good acting from Vittoria Puccini, even if she was a bit too melodramatic at emotional points. The rest of the cast weren't very good, but that was partly due to such a dire script.

Overall, the script was too unbelievable for me.
