Don't like the Nell/Sydney relationship
25 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I liked the idea of getting to know the relationship between Nell and her sister a bit better, but this just doesn't make sense now. Last time Sydney was there we learned she was always hard on Nell because she hoped it would make Nell tougher, Nell then told her that she had never liked the way Sydney had treated her, sorry's were said and the problem was somewhat solved.

But now her relationship with Sydney is completely different!

Sydney is still somewhat bullying Nell though it is now about her being Togo, like when they were little, something mentioned in the other episode as well but it was just a part of the things Sydney did to make Nell 'tougher'. But now when she is told off by Eric and Nell comes to find her after running away, she says something about that she always hurts people without meaning to. But that was never a problem, the times she had been mean to Nell when they were little was deliberate to 'help' her, so since when is this a problem she isn't aware off and has with everyone. Also they put in the cliché 'People always liked you, you were always the best in things, you always had the high grades' kind of jealousy with has no business being here and is completely forgotten the rest of the episode! And why do we end with:

'I didn't like being Togo.' 'Why didn't you say?' 'Because I wanted to spent time with you even if it meant I had to be a dog.'

In the other episode Nell had already told her she didn't like the way Sydney had behaved to her, including the Togo thing, so why do we have to resolve this again? And why is it suddenly about Nell desperately wanting to spent time with her and that being the reason she never said anything, since when was that even a problem? I never heard them mention anything about her barely seeing her sister when she was little or something.

By the way I found the Tiger thing at the end very out of character for Hetty.
