To be blunt this episode is boring compared to the usual entertaining episodes and is a pretty pointless filler.
Black market trading leads to unscrupulous flouting of food standards and a stomach bug outbreak. It is hardly material one expects or wants from Star Wars and there are also a few aspects that are not done well.
However, it is not really bad overall as it has okay dialogue, some nice animation of Mandalore and is part of a building tension in the storyline of Mandalore which builds to later stories.
I certainly cannot judge it as awful but it is just a waste of an episode and political/social tensions on Mandalore could have been portrayed in a better, more interesting way. Alternatively just give us a 20 minute lighsaber duel anytime you want to pad things out and I'd be well happy. No need for stuff like this to be done in a dull story.
My rating: 5/10.
