I do like slowburn movies, I sat and enjoyed the likes of The Invitation, Come to Daddy, Relic, and I loved them. But The Beach House drags and drags and nothing happens until the last 20 minutes. I'd say just watch the trailer and then the last 20 minutes and you are set, you won't miss anything.
