The movie "Inhale" (2010) falls in some terrible nether region between docudrama and pulp in following one man's violent misadventures through the Mexican medical underworld. Unfortunately, it's neither remotely convincing as true-to-life drama or vivid and powerful enough to work as exploitation. It does want to be taken seriously as moral inquiry and shake the audience with its gruesome story, but from the moment main character gets blown by a transvestite in a blackmail plot, all credibility is lost. Ultimately, it is just bad movie endeavor and tedious viewing experience. Not recommended.
