All-Round Champion (2020– )

Watch the producers steal the title from Daniel
6 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Be prepared to watch as the producers figure out a way to keep Daniel from completely destroying the rest of the competition. From giving shout outs to couches to giving 1st/2nd/3rd place twice for the same round. If that wasn't bad enough, as the other reviewer indirectly pointed out, having 4 people go up against 5 in a tug of war, is 100% pathetic. I was so hoping that Daniel's team would just let go and watch the other team tumble, it was that unfair. So, as they watch Daniel continually podium, almost having double the score of second place, they remember their ace in the hole. Daniel has Osgood-Schlatter's disease, so of course, let's add some running, because we already know he will struggle with that. The fact that a kid at his age was able to handle what they were obviously doing to him with such grace is amazing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Brodie is related to someone that made the show. I mean, come on! He received a shout out for "listening" in the swimming event while the whole time his teammate coach is asking him to come back and he is blatantly saying "no" to her. yeah.. that's good listening. This show just reinforces how a TV show has the ability to completely control the outcome of a competition no matter how successful a contestant is.

Bottom line, unless you like to be extremely disappointed and frustrated in the results and watch a TV show do everything in their power to keep a child from winning, don't waste your time on this one.
