Jessica is summoned to the Amityville Academy. She is to become a human sacrifice to the demon Botis to free him so he can help the demon Potus destroy the world. She is saved by the good witches and is trained. Jessica is special.
There isn't much action. Much of the action is witches holding hands chanting at each other. The Jessica learning period seemed real time slow. That is why everyone who trains does so in a 3 minute music montage. It is boring to watch witches talk about spells. I don't know of any witches hung at Amityville but in the next film (please don't make another one) they go to Salem. They needed a horror name in the film, Lin Shaye, Dee Wallace, or Debbie Rochon even. The acting was bad and plot slow. Facial close-ups of snarls was funny on pause.
