Warning: Spoilers
Am not sure what this film is about, what it meant, what happened at the end and, and... lot's of things. Total confusion. None of the characters were interesting, likeable or even a little bit original. Olivier Gruner as the 'savage' looked the part but non-acted as usual and Jennifer Grant as Nicky Carter was just annoying. Having characters named after authors (Burroughs, Wallace, Poe, Spillane, Verne) might have sounded clever to the writers but it added nothing to the film. The cinematography at times was not bad and Kristin Minter as Marie Belot has often seen nice legs but that's about the only positive things I could say about the movie.
