This movie isn't good. Viewed in a vacuum, it is irredeemable as a film. The plot is disjointed. It relies on the viewer's belief in a one world government conspiracy theory in order to make sense of any of it.
That said, viewed in 2020 it is interesting in order to understand modern conspiracy theories, and fringe conservative theories. The movie is almost a summarized version of pre q anon conservative conspiracy theory.
I can't say I recommend it, except for someone interested in understanding the insanity of modern politics.
