Wild Force (1986)
2/10
Wilf Force is a mess.

Writer and Director Francis Posadas put me through too much and by the end I just didn't care. Posado's tried to make a roughie, comedy, father son relationship, suicide to save the team, rescue war movie. With long and boring battle scenes and endless attempts at humor, a guy running around showing his arse for instance, this one is a looser in any language. It does have a little more going for it then most Godfrey Ho flicks, but it goes too far for my taste with a couple of real nasty scenes including an assassination and of course a brutal rape. I watched the film because Mike Cohen ( Professor somebody) is in it, but Mike looked like he had been on a two week drunken bender and was dubbed in as a bad imitation of Foghorn Leghorn. Half of the movie sounded like the gang from MST 2000 dubbed it with screeching yells and overall idiocy . Barbara Peers, who at least tried, deserved better in her last role. This one is worth skipping and earns a solid Z.
