This movie is an historically accurate depiction of real events and people that occurred nearly 80 years ago. Using modern animation techniques allowed for this significant, but untold, story of the last world war to be shared with generations of people who need to understand the sacrifices and carnage of such an event so as to not repeat the same mistakes. There are millions more stories from humanity's past, just like The Liberator, that must need to be told as truthfully as possible. I feel The Liberator sets a decent standard example for all future historical dramas that use animation when live action is just too prohibitive.
