This movie suffers from a lack of vision. There is no way to enter heaven by good works, but by faith alone. Most people want to be good so they can enter heaven, but God won't allow that.
Second the film wants you to believe that you should love with your heart and not your head. The problem is love is an action verb, not an emotion.
The major gripe is the entrance to heaven is "the lobby." She didn't make the list because she failed to love. Then goes on like a Pharisee and give out a laundry list of reasons why she should be admitted.
