I watched "Project Dreams" during JFF's 2020 film festival. I haven't laughed this much watching a movie in a long time. It was hilarious. The premise: a construction company will design the hanger from the '70s anime "Marzinger Z" as a PR stunt. At first, only the head of PR is excited about his idea, but as the film progresses, even the most reluctant team members find inspiration and invigorate the people around them.
This was exactly the kind of fun, uplifting movie I needed after a bleak year. I would rewatch it in a heartbeat, and for that it gets a ten.
