One of my most anticipated movies of 2020, I watched ANTARCTICA twice and I'm still laughing. This is an absolutely brilliant film, funny yet touching.
It is a rich story full of realism, satire, and some crazy subplots, with a creative script and endlessly witty dialog. Stevie D is particularly hilarious. The two leads, girlfriends Kat and Janet, are extraordinary together - what a casting coup.
Clever set designs appear throughout, and the camera work is remarkable. Music is used to great effect. The last dance scene was a tear-jerker for me. I was sad for the movie to end.
Hats off to the writer/director for a memorable story and a thoroughly enjoyable time at the movies!
