This movie is good because all those criminals and bullies remind me of real life like ones, such as in school and on street and in childhood. All characters looks unique, serious, honest, and cool. It shows us how those criminals live. But bad is the low quality, meaning lacks better actors, vehicles, stunts, and story. Looks like somebody's first movie or training. Bit funny, in form of talk and manners.
