When the kids in a Christmas movie say something like "God will look after us" you know it's not a light & lively Hallmark holiday film, but another deep and meaningful message that no matter how low you go, God pops up and everything will be all right. I don't know, sometimes I'm in the mood for this stuff, but most times "inspirational" themes are pretty predictable & formulaic, and this one just seemed to take a long time before God comes through. I assume He's busier during Christmas. Ms Swanson is cool, I was surprised Mr Herrmann & Ms Harper were in this, and all the adults have beautiful teeth. God Bless everyone in this.
