Depending on how cynical you are this is either a fun look back at some of the best dances in Strictly history, or a cheap way for the BBC to fill 75 mins of their Christmas Day schedules because they don't have much else.
I prefer to be of the latter mind-set, and yes, while this does feel like one of those 'Best Of' DVD's that they release around Christmas every year, this did still to prove to be excellent fun.
The fact that the best dances were chosen by fans shows once again that you don't necessarily need to be a winner to be remembered, with several former champions I'm sure choking on their turkey sandwiches when they realised they hadn't made it into the top 25.
The only annoying thing is that 'Strictly' doesn't seem to know its own history, with Claudia claiming that Danny Mac won the glitterball, when no, sorry Danny, you didn't. Surely someone when editing this would've spotted this?
Good fun overall.
