KUNG-FU VS. SERIAL KILLER!
3 January 2021
Long before the serial killer-stereotype became a staple in contemporary action-thriller, HK director and stuntman Tu Lu Po made this cheap Kung-Fu thriller about a cop (Bruce Li) and a martialist (B. Leung) investigating a sexually impotent maniac (Ku Feng) who's also a Kung-Fu expert. Released in Hong Kong 1/19/1979 as Bruce and the Iron Finger, it's an average feature embellished by the three performers plus a parade of well-known Kung-Fu stuntmen from the 70's like Fong Yau (Fist of Double K), Wang Kuang Yung (Four Riders), Li Hoi San (Project A), To Wai Wo (Game of Death 2), Thompson Kao Kang (Stranger from Canton) and many others. Mediocre but as its moments. Known in Italy as Bruce Lee il dominatore (trans. Bruce Lee the dominator).
