In this Kojak episode the Manhattan South Squad is investigating a new wrinkle on th protection racket being masterminded by Brad Dexter. During a
brawl started by his hoods at a bar a citizen is killed.
If you watch Goodfellas you have a fair idea what happens o any bar/restaurant this gang gets a hold on. You also see in Joe Pesci a good read on James Sutorius one of the leg breakers Dexter employs.
Sutorius is from Kevin Dobson's old neighborhood and they go back quite a ways. Dobson has a real character conflict.
