This episode serves as a throwback to Evil dead 2 and Army of Darkness. it incorporates elements of the original movies like the time travel in the story, and it works well. Ash and co are back in 1982, the 80s settings is spot-on. Ash fights off a humongous deadites but is overpowered and locked in the cellar.
This episode is good for a semi-finale episode, it's exciting and fun to watch. The gore and special effects are fantastic.
