Watching this episode was good, it didn't tell a good story or tel what the company doing now, not accurately. From my research WF has made changes that no other bank has done to correct the wrongs done by past employees. Also When I know going into a BofA they are currently trying to sell you as much bank products as possible.
My second note the interviews of employees make no sense. You can't overdraft a savings account to cover another accounts overdraft. They seem winning and trying to sell that they should get sympathy. It's just a bad episode..
