It probably is me maturing, but Koyaanisqatsi will never die on me. From the first time I viewed this in Alhambra, Enschede, NL (1984) to my private vid room now (202X) this movie did not grow old on me. It still holds my attention relentlessly and invigorates. The commentary on "modern times" also is still plausible and apt in 1.5degrees plus 21 century. It doesn't need a remake as it is still a remarkable piece of art.
