(at the risk of sounding a little like Jonah...)
This episode did a great job of highlighting how women are still not adequately recognised for their intrinsic life giving roll in society. It juxtaposed in stark relief the plight of those less well off who cannot afford vital care for what should be a precious and safe journey for their child from the womb to the world.
