Atlantis is probably one of Disney's biggest underrated films. The film bombed at the box office and original had ok reviews and now the film is one of Disney's biggest cult classics and one of its most underrated films. The film is not Disney's best but it's still a lot of fun and maybe ahead of its time. Maybe if the film was live action it would of started a franchise or maybe it would of still flopped I don't know but at times the film seems like it should of been live action. Cause the film is more mature and action it is ahead of its time if the film would of been related now it would of been a bigger hit. I remember when it was released the marketing was not done good also. The film is not Disney's best but it's a different Disney film abd that's what I like about it. It's fun and the characters are great. The main problem is it's trying not to be Disney and maybe to grown up for the younger audience. Overall it deserves way more credit then it deserves and I'm happy it's getting the credit now.
