The Enigma of the King (2015–2016)

I was thrilled to watch a series on the great Shah of Iran but I was disappointed. In the first episode we get to meet Reza Khan and that too was not detailed in fact we jump to a doctor and his family who appear in every episode for more than 25 minutes and Shah has only 10 min left. Then there is no insight if Shah's family. We see his friend Earnest more than the Shah's family. However the Pehlvi dynasty is a long chapter and it would've taken many season to achieve that goal. Hossein Noorali acted fine and looked just as Muhammad Reza. The Iranian Conservative society did not swallowed this great serial but its a top notch for the people of the world. It would have been a masterpiece if they focused on Shah and his life.

If the director had a proper thought of the script he wouldn't have definitely removed the supported cast which were the main focus of his camera.

Secondly it wasn't supposed to be spoiled by the stupid characters of Viziry family.
