I watched the whole thing in about two days and even started reading a bit of the manga. In short, this series is great and very "binge-worthy". The characters have great chemistry and everyone feels like their own person. The art, music, and sound are all very nice.
I only really had a couple of problems with it. For one, the voice acting really isn't that great. Compared to other animes I have seen, everyone in Heaven Official's Blessing sounded like they were half asleep, and due to the somewhat confusing animation it was somewhat hard to tell which character was speaking due to the similarities in some of the VA's voices.
On the other hand, the beginning of the story is confusing. I didn't fully understand Xie Lian's backstory until I read the first chapter of the manga. I feel like you would need to have already read the book or manga in order to fully understand whats going on.
Also, theres these weird GCI sequences thrown in (or at least what looks like CGI) that look very jarring when next to 2D characters or settings. It's not super frequent but its a bit irritating.
All in all, while this show does have its issues, it's still a very worthwhile watch. I highly recommend it :)
