Seriously, I am picky and even my favorite films I can think of a few things I'd change here and there, a scene or actor doesn't quite work.
This one on the other hand is perhaps perfect in every way. It is hard to go on in more detail without giving equal weight to everything, so it would taken 10,000 words to give it full justice.
Perfect script, great acting, and apparently every character had a backstory as they all act appropriately and uniquely - as people do - in every situation, for the entire running time.
Photography is flawless without being showy, or distracting. Effects are... impossible. Absolutely convincing at every step. I guess they went back in time to film it and actually fought the French and killed actors. I have even been on the ship they used and I don't know how they did it.
And on, and on.
