I mean this was like totally bad. Bad bad bad.
The plot, which was easily predictable, could have been written much better. All the cutting away during the action scenes to the brother or mom talking was just too much. The script could have been much, much better but the opportunity was not taken by the writers. This could have more thoughtfully been written and directed as a true suspense film but instead turned out like a silly college frat boy movie. The whole jail house scene? Oh my. Bad bad bad.
The acting, with the exception of maybe Ayla Kell, was subpar at best.
