Review of Fresh, Fried and Crispy

Disrespectful to some chefs. Spam fries threw them in the garbage ..constantly takes vegetables out ... horrible example for eating habits. When a chef puts something in front of you.. as is ..should be at least tasted. DO IT FOR THE CAMERA...Doesn't seem to know anything about food.. asked what coriander was.. a basic seasoning on a generic spice rack. Should not be a food critic or self claimed one. THROWING FOOD ON THE FLOOR IS DISGUSTING. Horrible host.
