Review of Bill Joins the W.W.W.'s

In the ninth episode of "Bill the Office Boy",Tammany Young joins the W. W. W., based on the International Workers of the World, a Syndicalist movement, while fay Tincher goes motoring with her boyfriend, as does boss. Tod Brownig with his girlfriend. There's a police chief played by Max Davidson, and a bomber/cracksman played by Bobby Ray.

Given the amount of comic talent in this short, it's surprisingly dull, little more than a living cartoon in which people do stupid things quickly. Comedy requires a bit more.
