Parts of this qualify as so-bad-its-good, but most is just painfully awful. The jokes are lame, there's not enough t & a, the acting is sub amateurish, the sets are just white rooms, and the entire premise is stupid. Yeah, it's trying to be Police Academy but it fails at pretty much everything it tries that it's a chore to sit through. I guess if you really like empty fields and the same warehouse room or street corner used over and over again you might dig it, but it's bottom of the barrel level trash that makes you dumber for having watched it.
