Warning: Spoilers
They directly adapted most parts of the original show and couldn't even translate them properly. And this sentence you've just read is the closest thing to a positive one to be said about this adaptation.

Timuçin Esen's House doesn't have the wit of Hugh Laurie's House's, or his sarcasm, or his expertise in showing his body language. His disdain for religion is toned down by 99% with an enormous example of it being the removal of an early season episode where they treated a nun (1x5, Damned If You Do.) They essentialy removed anything that made the character work and interesting and added things that made him even more boring.

Speaking of adding things, to fill up the slot for the Turkish audience who are used to staring at the screen for two hours like a weak-minded person staring at the yoyo of a hypnotizer, they added about an hour of unnecessary stuff to pad the running time. Needless to say, it didn't work when your production department can't even hire good translators.

Also, as Turkish audience is fond of "love romance" and "even more drama", Chase of this adaptation has a breakdown in earlier episodes about how his life was as a young boy, Cuddy and House start flirting much earlier, Foreman warns House about having a dinner with Cameron by saying "She is not only my workmate but also a really close friend" etc.

I guess they were able to pay people on the Turkish websites to say good things about this terrible attempt of a remake/adaptation but as you can see, they weren't able to find a lot of people with knowledge in English language to say good things about this show on here, but as i've mentioned earlier, if they had them they would've used them for translating the script properly i guess.
