Just found this on GOLD and binge watched it over 2 days.
Didn't watch it when it was first broadcast - don't know why.
It's very, very cleverly written. More observational, dry humour than an obvious comedy script. Calling it a comedy doesn't do it justice.
It's not possible to single out actors for great performance - they are all great. The characters' line being so well written must facilitate this.
David Mitchell's scene with his headmistress was very funny. And I didn't realise who the actress playing Delilah was at first!
Well done Jennifer Saunders for an excellent script and assembling the perfect cast.
