While not the best episode, I think there's a fair bit to like here.
I think the Monica/Chandler stuff is actually well played, and the Phoebe/Ross storyline is decent enough.
I'd actually have preferred it if there had been a whole plot dedicated to Ross adapting to the fact that his best friend was now dating his little sister though.
The Joey plot is a bit weak. Matt LeBlanc (more than adept by this stage at making thin material work) does well with it overall.
