Things continue to deteriorate due to Simone's work for the FBI. IAB investigates him for things the FBI is asking him to do to take down the bad guy. It's always interesting that there are people who die when some scumbag is being pursued, as if their deaths mean nothing. In another matter, a woman is raped and murdered. Richard Schiff, an incredible actor, best known for The West Wing, is a super who sees what happens, but is afraid to say. What plays out is horrible. Excellent acting by all concerned.
