After Connie kissed Andy he went into ultra-belligerent mode. Once again he is taking out his anger on everyone. He won't talk to Connie. He abuses his partner verbally. He lambastes an organization that helps people in dire straits because it was organized by someone he arrested 20 years ago. Rita's husband returns to the scene and I imagine he's going to be a problem at some point. And Baldwin gets news that tears him downl.
