Brilliant writing & directing. I love how often they bring back little sayings or jokes from the previous season and episodes. So well done. This episode deserves all the praise it's getting!
I love how every little scene and detail is important to the storyline. Like a few episodes ago when Ted was getting ready at home, the camera focuses on the picture Nate gave him, proudly sitting on his mantle. And then in this episode-Nate gets mad because the picture he gave him isn't in his office. He doesn't know, the show doesn't address it, but if you really pay attention you get so many of the little missing and unsaid details...just BRILLIANT!
