When Nolan is informed that Henry's tuition fund is missing, he believes it is an error from the bank. But soon he learns that he con-artist and hacker Jordan Neil has stolen several identities including his and and wiped out the bank accounts and used credit cards to buy expensive goods. The police cyber crime expert Detective Bill Summerland informs that it will take years to Nolan to recover part of the stolen money. Harper and Nolan find that among Jordan's victims is a dangerous criminal and his life is in danger. Sgt. Grey assigns West to resolve minor pending items in the department and he finds a lost file by chance and resolves an old crime. Meanwhile Sgt. Grey and Lopez head to prison where the killer of Grey's partner is locked to testify in the parole hearing ten years after the crime.
"Hand-off" is a great episode of "The Rookie" with good storylines. There is action, comedy and drama in the episode and it will not disappoint the viewers. My vote is eight.
