Review of Celebrity Letters and Numbers

I thought it was embarrassing enough for channel seven to try and hype up actors on Home and Away as "celebrities" but SBS have out done themselves with this one. Take one of Australia's most boring version of another UK show that has had success spinning it off with a celebrity version, and of coarse Australia has to try to copy it. The show was doomed from the beginning by claiming these contestants are celebrities, but no one in Australia has heard of any of them, even tho all they do is tell you. If this was released on April 1st, we'd get it, but they seem to genuinely be trying to pretend this show is for real and everyone is having a ball. Eye roll. The only thing it has going for it is perhaps one person into '9 out of 10 cats does countdown' tuning in to see if it's any good?discovering no... but the good thing for SBS is they got somebody to check out 3 minutes of this show before tuning out.... too bad there is about 25 mins more with 0 viewers. Unless someone has a really cruel sense of humor at SBS, this show will not be renewed. If it even lasts out the first season of absolute no one's claiming to be celebs who do not have courage to roast each other like its UK original that this one fails in every way of comparison to.
