Yeah, this movie is bad. While it was neat that they added in a live action actor to play the narrator, Dingo Pictures sadly decided not to do an extra version for the English dub, resulting in the actor's lip movements being way off from the dialogue. Also, the animation is typical from the company: low budget, bad lip-syncing, horrible voice acting, and the fact that Arthur in this version a brat and more obnoxious than even Link from the Zelda cartoon made by DiC.
