Review of The Christmas List

I love this movie. Every year I look for it because you can't buy it anywhere! It has all the elements of a happy holiday movie -- a central character who is genuinely kind that you can root for. The array of characters around her include a curmudgeon-ish boyfriend, loving best friend, free spirit mother, the opportunist at work, and a little holiday magic. Not sappy romance like so many these days like to have but just a sweet story with characters we all have experienced at some point in our lives. The only thing "wrong" with it is that it is not available on DVD.
