The CBI agents investigate the murder of Ted Fisher, who had his repair shop invaded and vandalized. Meanwhile, the thief Donny Culpepper is arrested after opening the safe of J. J. LaRoche hired by Patrick Jane. He loses concentration in Ted Fisher's case trying to find a means to withdraw Culpepper from the jail. Meanwhile, the agents arrest Cole Ruger and Vivian Griswold, who claims that were trying to help and investigate respectively Ted Fisher that was in Iraq.
