This movie is admittedly a guilty pleasure of mine and having first seen this as a child in the 90s, rewatching it in 2022 as an adult clearly shows its plot holes, silliness, and obvious comedic charm. I definitely can see how people wouldn't rate it highly, but in my honest opinion, it still holds up as a comedy that entertains. Who doesn't love martial arts, surfing, and some outrageous scenes that get you laughing. Ernie Reyes Sr and Jr, Rob Schnedier, and Kelly Hu all made this movie that much better. I give it a nostalgic 7/10.
